Research showed that patients couldn't reach a doctor before a visit. Most apps only let them book, so people left the app to call the doctor elsewhere.

As the only designer, I designed an app where patients find nearby doctors on a map, choose by reviews and qualifications, book a slot, and contact the doctor before the visit by chat or video call, including sending photos and videos of the issue.

I delivered the full app design to the client.
