Delivery apps made people pick a restaurant first, while research showed they choose by dish.

After researching the audience and competitors, I proposed a dish-first concept: users swipe through dishes from different restaurants, and one courier delivers the whole order. I tested the wireframes with 25 potential users and, based on the results, added filters and collections for saving dishes. Onboarding asks for a Facebook login and a short dietary questionnaire, so the feed shows only dishes people can eat from the first screen.

The app launched in the UAE.
